Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of 地氣圖 (the "Service") provided by Teamcat ("we"). The Korean version is the governing text.
1. The Service
The Service computes terrain and water features for an area you select on the map and presents results and a report based on traditional feng shui criteria. Results are cultural reference material and do not judge or guarantee fortune, wealth, health, or property value.
2. Accounts
Signing in is optional. Without signing in, your pass is stored in the current browser and cannot be recovered without the recovery code if storage is cleared. You may delete your account at any time.
3. Passes and payment
- The first part of each report is free; a pass unlocks the full text and the downloadable copy.
- Monthly plans renew automatically on the same day each month and can be cancelled at any time. Cancelling does not end the period already paid for.
- Yearly plans charge nine months at once for twelve months of use and do not renew automatically.
- Monthly allowances do not carry over.
4. Withdrawal and refunds
Under Article 17 of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce you may withdraw within seven days of payment, except for digital content already provided (a full report viewed or downloaded). Send requests to the contact below.
5. Prohibited use
- Sending bulk requests by automated means
- Bypassing security checks or using another user’s pass key
- Mass copying or reselling reports without our consent
6. Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the results (such as buying or renting property). Terrain and water data come from public sources and may differ from actual conditions.
