Privacy Policy

1. Information we process

• Sign-in (optional): Google or Apple account identifier, email address, and name if provided. If you use Apple Hide My Email, we receive a relay address (@privaterelay.appleid.com).
• Payment: mobile phone number, order number, amount and status, and the transaction number issued by the payment processor.
• Collected automatically: a random key identifying your pass (browser storage), a sign-in session cookie, a security-check cookie, and your IP address (for security checks and error logs only).

Coordinates and addresses of analyzed sites are not used to identify you and are not stored with your account. Analysis and payment work without signing in.

2. Purposes

• Buying and keeping passes and using them on other devices
• Processing payments; sending payment and account-deletion confirmations
• Preventing abuse (blocking automated bulk requests)
• Handling disputes and keeping records required by law

3. Retention

• Account data: deleted immediately when you delete your account.
• Payment records: kept for five years under the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. After account deletion only an unlinked random key remains.
• Session cookie: 60 days. Security-check cookie: 12 hours.

4. Processors and transfers abroad

We use the following processors. Some process data outside Korea.

• UDID Co., Ltd. (PayApp) — payment processing · Korea
• Cloudflare, Inc. — email delivery, security checks, network transport · USA and other regions · email address, IP address
• Google LLC, Apple Inc. — sign-in you choose to use · USA · account identifier, email address

If you do not want your data transferred abroad for sign-in, you can use the Service without signing in. Email delivery and security checks are needed to provide the Service.

5. Disclosure to third parties

We do not disclose personal information to third parties except where required by law.

6. Deletion

Data past its retention period is deleted without delay in a way that cannot be recovered.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing at any time. You can delete your account directly under "Account → Delete account"; this also removes the Sign in with Apple link and cancels automatic renewal. Send other requests to the contact below.

8. Cookies and browser storage

We use cookies and browser storage for sign-in sessions, security checks, and the pass key. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Security

• Sessions are stored only as hashes; data in transit is encrypted.
• We do not receive card numbers; the payment processor handles them.
